How do I access my subscription?

You can access it via our mobile Felinova app, which you can download from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

You can also log in via your computer at app.felinova.be.

If you already have an account in the Felinova app, make sure you pay for your subscription via the webshop using the same email address as your account in the Felinova app.

What happens to my previously purchased programs?

These will remain available via your Felinova App and your access will remain as it is now.

Will there be any new training sessions?

Yes, several new training sessions are added each year, covering a wide range of topics.

This includes replays of online sessions, online training from Anneleen herself, guest speakers, replays of Happy Cats Cafés when they take place, and so on.

Payments and cancellations

How can I pay for the subscription?

You can register your subscription using Bancontact, credit card, or Ideal. Once you've made your first payment, your subscription will be debited monthly or annually thereafter.

You can cancel at any time.

Will the subscription become more expensive in the future?

The prices of the Happy Cats Academy may indeed increase in the future for new customers.

Once you are a member, your original price will remain the same for you.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your monthly subscription whenever you wish.

Once you cancel, your access will expire after 14 days.

No further payments will then be made.

If you have an annual subscription, you can cancel annually.

It is not possible to get a refund for the outstanding period.

Did you subscribe after May 1, 2024?

Go to your client portal via this link, log in with the correct address (used for registration), and you can cancel your subscription there.

Did you subscribe before May 1, 2023?

Go to your account and click on 'manage your subscriptions', where you can cancel your subscription.

If this doesn't work, please send us a quick email at hallo@felinova.be. We will then cancel it for you immediately!
