Delivery of products
Different physical products in our webshop come from different warehouses.
Books and cat products that are in stock are normally dispatched and delivered within 2 days.
Merchandise takes approximately 2-3 weeks to receive, as it is made to order.
Why do I have to pay for shipping?
We charge the shipping costs that we have to pay directly to BPost/PostNL. We cover the storage, handling and packaging costs ourselves.
It is therefore not possible to also offer free shipping in addition to these costs.
BPost and other shipping companies are important partners for our company, and without them, we wouldn't be able to dedicate ourselves to making cats happy every day! That's why we choose honest and transparent communication regarding the costs we pay to our shipping partners for their excellent service in getting our packages safely to you!
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your monthly subscription whenever you want.
Once you cancel, your access will expire after 14 days.
No new payments will then be made.
If you have an annual subscription, you can cancel annually.
It is not possible to get a refund for the remaining portion.
Are you subscribed after May 1, 2024?
Go to your client portal via this link, log in with the correct address (from registration) and you can cancel your subscription there.
Did you subscribe before May 1, 2024?
Go to your account and click on 'manage your subscriptions', where you can cancel your subscription.
