The CONNOR from D&D Home | I LOVE Happy Cats was designed in collaboration with cat behaviorist Anneleen Bru and is the ultimate hunting toy for Happy Cats. The 97cm long telescopic and flexible rod features a 90cm long cord and a cardboard flying prey. That prey flies and sounds just like a real bird! This game keeps the cat fit and reduces stress. This CONNOR toy is used for the first of three hunting phases: chasing prey! The second phase is 'killing' the prey, the third phase is eating it. What is the secret to success? Your cat should not catch the prey. You can let the prey fly in the air or move it across the floor. Do this about 5 to 7 times a day for 2 to 5 minutes. Make sure your cat doesn't start panting, because then you need to slow down! You can also attach other toys to the CONNOR rod.
You can also order a CONNOR refill set. Replace your prey occasionally to keep your cat interested or if the previous prey needs replacing. Easy to attach to the CONNOR rod.

HAPPY TIP! This rod is meant to make your cat run after the prey, NOT to let them catch it. So your goal is that they shouldn't catch it. However, most cats will still be faster and get hold of it sometimes. If your cat is still searching after the game, give them a kicker toy or a treat to conclude the hunt. When the game is over, keep the toys safe by storing them far away in a closed box or cupboard.
